The basic message of the video still holds water, though, as ‘saving the planet’ is but another version of ‘doing it for the children’, where good-hearted people are blackmailed or misled into regulating and taxing themselves right into serfdom by powerful people who, in the hypocrisy of both their own overindulgient lifestyles and their lust for personal power, are really no different than the energy concerns they claim to despise so much.
